1.Regular massage with almond oil or olive oil has a soothing effect.
2. Add few drops of rose water in honey and apply for 15 minutes, then rinse with running water. Honey will soothe
the dry skin and is gentle enough for daily use.
3. Take some grated apple, cool it in refrigerator and apply on dry skin for 10 minutes.
4. Use fresh cream from boiled milk to massage on dry skin. Perform deep massage for ten minutes and then wash
with lukewarm water.
HOMEMADE FACE MASKS FOR DRY SKIN
1. Wheat flour Face Mask
Take some wheat flour, add a pinch of turmeric powder and some olive oil, now make a thick
paste, add some milk if required. Apply for some time till it dries, rinse with tap water.
2.Honey and Almond Face Mask
Take warm honey (1 tbsp) and grated almonds (1 tbsp), mix well using some water. Immediately
apply the mask to a cleansed face and rest for ten to fifteen minutes. Finally, was off the mask with water and apply a toner
and moisturizer. This is a wonderful face mask, and worth the effort. The honey and almond moisturizing face mask is
particularly good for mature, sensitive, or dry skin, but is suitable for all skin types.
3. Banana Face Mask ,
. Mash two bananas, add honey if desired. Smooth over the face and neck and leave on for 10 minutess. Then rinse off with
cool water and pat dry with a clean dry towel.
4.Honey and Egg Face Mask
- One teaspoon olive oil,
- 1 egg yolk,
- One teaspoon honey.
- oatmeal (ground or you can also use infant oatmeal).
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, using enough oatmeal to make a paste. Smooth the paste all over your face. Leave on
for 15 minutes and then rinse with tepid water. The honey locks in moisture from the egg and olive oil, and the oatmeal soothes and softens the skin.
